The ability to assign user permissions is needed. I feel that it is impractical to offer access to important account information as well as account balances (visible in the dashboard) to all users.

Ability to receive payment with PayPal, Amazon Payment Services, Google Checkout, etc.

We are in the service industry so the ability to schedule and track appointments (one time and re-occurring) is absolutely essential. Right now we have to use separate programs for accounting and scheduling and it's a total nightmare. It would great to have an integrated calendar / scheduling module that synced with contacts and invoices created in WorkingPoint. I would even pay extra for this!

It would be great if Working Point would sync with WHMCS.

WHMCS is a very popular billing software, used mostly for webhosts. But it is so feature packed that it can be used to bill for just about anything.

It would be awesome if invoices created in WHMCS would automatically appear in WP. When a client pays there bill in WHMCS it should reflect that in WP.

To really be singe-solution, we need a way to assign to-do's and manage projects against budgeting and contacts.

Vendor Credit and Customer Credit ....when would you be able to add this feature??

The current system allows for printing of invoices but only one at a time. This is horribly labor intensive and most modern systems provide the ability to flag invoices and print them as one group. Even as a small business this would save us several hours each month. This is one of those functions worth changing software for.

Allow for choice of cash basis accounting or the current accrual basis

have a customer portal, to allow our customer base to login and see all activity related to their account. An email link when sending a quote, invoice or news re: their account.
They login and can approve or dispute quotes and invoices. Perhaps even send a request for products and services derived from the Items List. Of course a permissions feature would have to be setup in Admin area.
