  It's so frustrating to not be able to figure out how to reconcile to my bank account. Plus I am not receiving any help from WorkingPoint at all. Makes me very hesitant to sign up if these two things are not available - bank reconciliation and customer support.

  Account reconciliation is a VERY basic feature for accounting software. Without this feature I will most like cancel my account.

  I'll add a vote for a bank account / credit card reconciliation feature

  If you process credit cards, you will see this. Each customer pays with a credit card, but the Merchant batches payments into your bank account with one transaction per day.

  WorkingPoint needs to allow us to combine multiple customer payments and reconcile them against a single bank account entry. Quickbooks has a nice way to do this with an "Undeposited Funds" account and a "Make Deposits" feature.

  Working Point had it, it just not called reconciliation - its all about keep up the expenses and incomes data entry up-to-date. We have used about six months now and have had not problem to keep bank and working point balance. Currently it is more simple just like balance check book. However, one feature that would useful is to allow quote conversion with partial invoice and later invoice against the same quote again. This will track project of what has been closed and has not. Please ADD it, PLEASE...

  I think adding a bank reconciliation feature to Working Point would be great! It will definitely make the system more useful and informative.

  Even my accountant can't believe that this isn't a feature, being a real new guy at accounting I just thought that you matched your bank account transactions with your workingpoint ones but my accountant said that there should be some sort of reconciliation to double check stuff. Please add this ASAP as the product is great!

  This feature has to be done and done quickly. Too many small businesses do not have the number of people to properly segregate internal controls, so a bank/credit card recon is a big defense against fraud. I like what I see so far from this application, but recons MUST be a feature.

  I was surprised I could not find a way to do reconcililations. I thought all accounting programs did that, but apparently this one does not. I find that very strange. I would very much welcome that feature, however, I see this request has been open for over a year, so it's pretty clear the developers have no interest in adding it.

  Bank and credit card reconciliation added to the feature mix would make your product a WINNER for our small business CRM clients. Please push this feature forward as soon as possible!

  I require Bank Reconciliation. Without this feature, I cannot match my transactions with the bank statement easily.
