  I would like the ability to forward (or cc) email from *any* email program into working point that relates to that email address.

  I'd point out that if the REST API is delivered (a separate feature request) then integration with Google apps (and other applications) could easily be achieved by 3rd parties. I'd love to write some integrations if there were an API !

  People interested in this, I highly recommend putting some votes on the REST API item.

  Integration and importing are two completely different things. Importing is the easy way to do it. Integration is the BEST way to do it.

  @Alan Mills, I would suggest making a new suggestion for Google Checkout as it is an entirely different integration.

  @Smauel Kaplan, We can import Outlook Contacts, if you want a more specific integration, I would suggest creating a new suggestion.

  It would be helpful to also integrate with MS Office Live.
